- The Wamel Perfect sorter is specifically engineered for extremely gentle handling of delicate produce and is widely used by tomato repackers across the U.S. due to it's very gentle handling and very efficient sorting capabilities. You simply will not find a more gentle tomato packing machine on the market.
- This system is equipped with industry leading Ellips vision sorting software to provide extremely accurate size and color sorting accuracy
- Color ranges (of 32,000 colors) can be selected as required. Color can be adjusted in increments of 1% based on two criteria: basic color and blush range.
- The high resolution cameras of the Optical Measuring System (OMS), scan the tomatoes in multiple positions so that the system’s computer can determine the “true” diameter of the tomato. Size grades are adjustable in increments of .004" with a grading accuracy of .02".
- The system has 6 exits plus one undersize exit (at the end of the line) and is capable of sorting approximately a truckload of standard bulk tomatoes per 8 hr shift.
- The system would also be ideal for any specialty fruit packer looking for a used / pre-owned pear, apple or pepper packing line whose primary concern is ensuring maximum quality and shelf-life.
