We offer a variety of cost effective bag palletizing solutions for virtually any type of bag that can be stacked on a pallet. Per the videos on this page, our solutions include high-speed low and high level bag palletizers, and gripper bag palletizers.
Our low and high level bag palletizers are ideal for bags that can maintain their integrity and shape while being pushed or conveyed into position on a layer formation table before the entire layer is lifted or lowered onto the pallet.  Our layer formation bag palletizers are ideal for operations that have faster production rates and/or have bags that are consistently sized and shaped, including bags that are holding powder, pellets, fertilizer, granulars or ice.
If you are looking for a palletizing machine that can handle bags of 50 lbs or more, or bags that are inconsistently shaped (like onions or potatoes) then you will want to consider our gripper bag palletizing system. Our gripper palletizers gently grab and lift one bag at a time in a gripper that robotically elevates, transfers and drops the bag onto the pallet in the correct position (according to the pattern that is programmed into the system). You will see on our video that these systems can be equipped with further automation including, auto netting/wrapping and bag levellers and can handle very heavy bags of up to 100 lbs. These palletizers are becoming a mainstay item in the potato and onion industries since they replace the need to manually palletize bags that are too heavy and awkward to handle by hand.
Though our fully automatic bag palletizing systems are very affordable (when compared side by side with U.S. manufacturers) we also have lower cost, semi-automatic models in both our standard and gripper bag palletizers that can be upgraded to fully automatic systems in the future.
