Automatic Palletizers
With our fully automatic palletizers, both an empty pallet dispenser and full pallet holding conveyor are included with the system. With these added features, the full pallet automatically ejects on to a holding conveyor and is immediately replaced by an empty pallet. Depending on your requirements, we can customize the holding conveyor to accumulate as many full pallets as necessary. This will allow your forklift operator ample time to transfer pallets and perform other productive tasks while the palletizer builds and accumulates pallets.
We can also engineer and manufacture elaborate palletizing and pallet handling systems with multiple palletizers, accumulation systems and even transfer conveyors for operations that have high production volumes and several different product SKU’s.
