Continuous automatic bin dumping system – in which the bin is submersed, gently releasing the apples into the hydro flume
Elevator that gently lifts the apples out of the hydro flume
Manual sorting tables with cull/reject belts
Washer and pre-dryer – cleans the apples before waxing
Dryer – waxed apples are dried as heated air is circulated over the apples as they pass through the unit on a roller-conveyor.
Singulator – a gentle transition to the singulator is made via soft rotating brushes
Vision sorter – rolling carriers rotate the apples under the cameras to allow all fruit surfaces to be visually scanned. The high-resolution Ellips vision sorting system analyzes 3D renderings to provide accurate size and color sorting of the apples to the various assigned exits.
Tray filling conveyors – manual-assisted or automatic systems available with full takeaway conveyors

Our tomato packing system is the industries’ first true automatic tomato grading system that is specifically designed for tomatoes. Unlike traditional systems, we have taken every precaution to virtually eliminate bruising and scarring of your tomatoes. With our system, the tomatoes never leave the surface of the equipment and all transfer points are equipped with brush rollers, or our other proprietary transitions.
FruitTek's mini-cucumber sorting system facilitates optimization and precision of the sizing and packing process. Cucumbers are placed onto a conveyor that feeds them past the weighing scale and then through the camera housing where they are sorted by length, thickness and shape. The conveyor continues on, distributing the sized and graded cucumbers to each of the exits as determined by the vision sorting program.
Leading-edge Ellips vision sorting technology is used to size and grade the cucumbers. It is the vision technology of choice in the fruit and vegetable sorting industry due to it's high-resolution imaging and sophisticated programming flexibility.
