- Our greenhouse fogging technology creates a droplet size that is consistently in the 4.2 micron range. This ensures very accurate humidity and cooling control, without wetting the surfaces of your plants or any surfaces in your greenhouse. Our competitor’s droplets are not consistently sized and are typically 20 microns in size or more, which causes the unwanted wetting of surfaces.
- Our fogging orifice is .1” in diameter. Unlike our competitors that have orifices that are .006” in diameter, our orifices do not clog up, allowing for maintenance free operation. This also makes our system ideal for injecting bactericides and fungicides into our fog for your preventative food safety programs, or dissolvable fertilizers for your foliar application programs.
- Our foggers require only 110 psi of compressed air to operate. Unlike competitive systems that run at 1000 psi or more, our low pressure rate makes air supply more convenient and also limits wear on the fogging components, reducing maintenance and allowing for long operating life (we have installations that are 16 years old that still have their original components).
- Our greenhouse cooling systems are very easy and cost effective to install (can be installed by your own staff, with minimal supervision)
- Our greenhouse foggers are programmable which allows them to maintain your preset humidity and cooling levels automatically. And for your chemical delivery programs, chemicals can be automatically injected and delivered at times when workers are not present, and be fully purged out of the lines before your workers return.

Even in cases where the outside temperatures are 100 degrees, our greenhouse foggers will typically maintain an inside of greenhouse temperature of 80 degrees. Where traditional greenhouse misters have failed in the past by wetting the air instead of cooling it, our system effectively cools the air because our fog droplets always fully evaporate.
