FRUMAC is an alliance between Van Wamel Perfect and Burg's Machinefabriek (BMF) of Holland, both longstanding manufacturing companies that have been serving the produce industry for many years.
Van Wamel B.V. was established in 1947 and is know world-wide for their premium rotary and flail mowers for use in orchards, vineyards and agriculture. In 1995 they began manufacturing a complete line of mechanical and electronical grading machines for apples, pears, tomatoes, sweet peppers, mangos, kiwis etc. and peripheral equipment such as bulk bin tippers, water dumpers, belts etc. Together with BMF they now offer complete packages of sorting, grading and packing equipment for the fruit and vegetable industries. They employ over 100 workers and export their products to approximately 35 countries around the world.

Gentle Handling - The produce never leave the surface of the equipment and all transfer points are equipped with brush rollers, or other proprietary transitions. When grading, the produce is gently transitioned into cups and are distributed over the selected exits. Unlike other systems, the produce rolls out of the exit cups on proprietary exit belts rather than being dropped.

Sorting Precision - FRUMAC uses Ellips vision technology for the most accurate color, size and optional external defect sorting because Ellips has consistently out performed all other vision technologies on the market. This precision translates into higher fruit selling prices for the packer.
