Introducing a preventative fruit treatment step that controls human health pathogens and mold on your fruits and vegetables.

Our proprietary fogging technology that uses our OMRI listed bactericide and fungicide aggressively oxidizes bacteria and mold on the surface of your fruit and vegetables while not adversely affecting the quality of your product.

Made up of consistently sized 4.2 micron droplets, the dense fog produced by our fogging chamber technology thoroughly covers the surface of your fruit and vegetables with our OMRI listed product.  Since the droplets that adhere to the surface of your produce are so small, they evaporate soon after your produce exits the chamber, leaving your produce dry and ready for packaging.  This delivery method makes our technology an ideal treatment step for fruit that is sensitive to wetness like blueberries or any other thin skinned fruits.

  • Leaves NO detectable residue on the surface of your fruit and is EPA and OMRI approved (for use in organic facilities).
  • Third party tests on our technology have revealed over a 2 log reduction of plant pathogens and mold (when applied with the recommended exposure time).
  • Does not damage or compromise the quality of your fruit.   Our technology has been third party lab and/or customer tested on many types of fruit and vegetables with no adverse affects.
  • By dramatically reducing bacteria and mold on the surface of your produce, a significant improvement in shelf-life can be expected by using our fogging technology.
  • Consumable costs are very low.  With our standard 6’ long x 3’ wide fogging chamber (with continuous conveyor) the hourly consumable costs are typically below $12 per hour.
  • Convenient start up and operation.  Our fogging chamber is pre-calibrated and ready to operate upon arrival at your facility.  All it requires is 105 PSI of clean and dry compressed air, a running potable water connection, and a standard 110 V power connection.
  • If your fruit or vegetable has special handling requirements, we can customize a chamber and conveyor to meet your specific handling needs.
  • Included with every fogging chamber is a container or drum of our OMRI listed fruit and vegetable treatment.
