The power of industry leading vision sorting
- The fruit rolls as it progresses through our vision field ensuring that all profiles of the fruit are captured frame by frame before they are evaluated for size, color and weight (weight is an optional module) by our industry leading vision software.
- Our intuitive sorter parameter adjustment software allows you to create sorting parameters based on your specific sorting criteria that can be saved in files for future use.
- Sizes are adjustable in increments of .004 inches
- Sizing accuracies to .02 of an inch can be expected
- If desired, the same size can be outputted to several packing exits
- Our frame by frame rotational capturing of every surface of the fruit allows our software to measure color on the fruit as a percentage of the entire piece of fruit.
- Our system can distinguish based on 32,000 different colors
- The sorting criteria for color can be adjusted by means of average color and the blush by surface percentages
- The Sorting criteria for color and blush are adjustable in increments of 1 percent
Stepped Two Speed Belt For Maximizing Production Volume
- Our stepped Two Speed Belt Performance promotes maximum volume distribution to each sorting lane in the case of our 3,4 and 6 lane systems by ensuring even distribution to the pre-sorter singulating belt
- By separating flow with our staggered two-speed belts, these belts can also be engineered to turn the fruit 90 degrees in facilities that are space restricted
System Capacity
- Due to fully adjustable speed control, our grading speed can vary from 45 to 180 cups per minute
- There may be faster sorter sizers on the market, but they won’t handle your fruit with the "white glove" gentleness that you require, nor will they sort or size your fruit as accurately or proficiently
